I do "brown bag" talks with teams as a way to offer stories and insights that have shaped my approach to leading across difference.

These are typically participatory conversations where I offer my own experiences, learnings and frameworks, but also seek to pull on the lived knowledge in the room in order to co-create new learning together that is most relevant to your particular team.

While my talks revolve around the central theme of my coaching - approaching leadership and equity work with a focus on inner growth that manifests in outer behavior - I always customize my talks to meet your particular context and needs.
