I believe that one of the main determinants of organizational success or failure lies in how people interact with each other. By shifting how people interact, leaders, teams and organizations can achieve better results, cultivate healthier cultures, achieve greater equity and diversity, and boost individual well-being. It's all about the interactions.

Who I Am |
I have 20+ years of experience leading diverse teams to achieve shared goals, including 16 years as a leader with the nation's largest multi-racial civil rights organizing network. I work with a wide variety of non-profit, corporate and governmental clients. I am a certified Integral Facilitator and Leadership Coach.
